Apply for funding to build or optimise your scientific equipment and other aspects of your research facilities used for economic activities.
The Luxembourg Ministry of the Economy offers financial support for the building and modernisation of research infrastructure.
This covers a wide range of resources that are critical to scientific research: scientific equipment and research material, reference resources such as collections, archives and structured scientific information enabling ICT-based infrastructures, and any other resources required for conducting research.
The subsidy can cover a proportion of the eligible costs directly related to investments made for research infrastructures.

The aid is intended for research infrastructures, i.e. Luxembourg-based facilities, resources and related services used by the scientific community to conduct research, and which engage in economic activities.
It offers the opportunity to co-fund single-sited or distributed research infrastructures in the form of a network of resources across several countries. Access to the infrastructure must be open to multiple users on a transparent and non-discriminatory basis. The interest of the scientific community in using it must be demonstrated, and it must contribute to the strategy of economic development in Luxembourg.
